Guru Geri in Moldava

In August 2008 I managed to visit the Republic of Moldova with Klaudia after a 3000 km drive. Via Romania from the EU into the CIS entered with our old car. Took 1.5 hours to reach the border at Galati (Danube delta), then over, drove some kilometers and back again. The stay was quite short, but it was an entry. Much more should not be to be seen also in Moldau. Apart from that I was most surprised that the name should not come from the river but from the dog of Stefan the Great.
